We offer
online access to benefit information, claims history, and
plan documents. You must register as a user before
accessing the site. To register as a user you must click
the Register New User button from the login screen. You
will be able to create a username and password, and then verify
your information on the next screen. You will need your
personal information, including your Participant ID (please
note that your Participant ID number is not your social security
number but is an alphanumeric ID).
